Some states in Australia have certain restrictions on our product types and we have applied these to the products to the best of our knowledge. 

AH Tactical uses Sendle to ship out customer orders. We ship Australia wide from our main store in Brisbane. 
We dispatch orders 5 days a week, and aim to process all orders within 24hours. 
On public holidays and weekends, orders will be processed the following business day. 

New Zealand (10-16 working days)

Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)

Please research and follow the advice of your states regulations on Gel Blasters before making a purchase. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any confiscated goods or damages in transport as a result of not heeding these laws.


Gel Blasters are regarded as a Category A paintball firearm. We are unable to ship Gel Blasters at this stage to South Australia. A system is being developed as per SAPOL's requirements that will allow us to sell blasters to South Australia regulations. Other products (Accessories, Clothing etc.) are available to ship to South Australia with no changes to the remaining policy. If you hold a license capable of holding a Category A paintball firearm, please contact and arrangements for custom orders can be made.


Gel Blasters are classified as a 'prohibited weapon' by the Honorable Paul Papalia on the 3/7/2021. We are unable to ship Gel Blasters to Western Australia at this point in time. We apologize for the inconvenience. All non-gel blaster products will be available for sale as per the rest of our shipping policy.


Please allow 1-3 business days for handling time and processing of orders. During peak season and sales, we ask for some additional processing time as we catch up with our orders. We reserve the right to exceed these conditions under certain circumstances.


Tracking information should be sent within 24-48 hours of the parcel being processed through our system. If you require more tracking information, please contact us at with your order number and details and we will be happy to help.


Please ensure your shipping information including your delivery address is correct before checkout. We are unable to change delivery address once the order has been processed and sent via.


Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the couriers and we will not be held responsible for any items that go missing. If you require help with locating a missing order, please use the couriers missing item page.
