The Prometheus Wide Use gear sets are heavy duty, precision CN machined steel gears that have been heat treated for improved strength and durability. The Wide Use gear sets are rated for Japanese velocitiy limits (330fps/1 Joule) and have not been tested nor rated for higher stress builds, for such higher stress builds Prometheus reccomend using the EG Hard Gear series.
